Job Description
In this role, you will interact with our clients and partners using your language skills to provide exceptional support and communication. You will help bridge the gap between Mandarin-speaking clients and our English-speaking team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing top-notch customer service in Mandarin, ensuring that our clients’ needs are met.
- Facilitating communication between departments and clients to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Conducting product demonstrations and training sessions in Mandarin.
