Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

Assist faculty members with administrative tasks, including scheduling, document preparation, and data entry.
Provide support for university events, including setup, coordination, and attendee engagement.
Conduct research and compile reports under the guidance of faculty and staff.
Help in managing departmental social media accounts and promotional materials.
Support peer tutoring sessions and academic advising initiatives.

Qualifications

Current enrollment at the university as a full-time student.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with educational software.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is an asset but not required.

Work Schedule

This is a part-time position averaging 10-15 hours per week, with flexible scheduling to accommodate your academic commitments. Shifts will be assigned based on mutual availability and departmental needs. Evening and weekend hours may be available depending on the event calendar.
