Job Responsibilities
As a full time customer service representative, you will be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a helpful and timely manner.
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues with compassion and knowledge.
- Providing product information and guidance to help customers make informed decisions.
- Documenting all interactions correctly and thoroughly in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Collaborating with team members and other departments to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Participating in ongoing training sessions to develop your skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A positive attitude and a strong desire to help customers.
- Ability to work well in a team as well as independently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Work Schedule
The available positions require a commitment to full time hours, including evenings and weekends. Shifts may vary, providing you with opportunities to work at times that suit your needs.
