1. Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers, promoting products, and ensuring everyone has a great shopping experience.

• Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers and assist them with their needs.
  • Maintain product knowledge to help customers find the right items.
  • Handle transactions accurately and efficiently.

• Requirements:

  • Previous retail experience is preferred but not essential.

2. Stockroom Assistant

Our Stockroom Assistants play a crucial role in ensuring that our sales floor is well-stocked and organized. You’ll be responsible for managing inventory and supporting the sales team.

• Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and process incoming merchandise.
  • Organize stock in the storeroom and on the sales floor.
  • Assist with inventory counts and restocking as necessary.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety in the stockroom.
• Requirements:
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks.
  • Attention to detail is a must.

3. Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representatives are essential to our mission of customer satisfaction. You will handle inquiries, assist with product returns, and ensure that each customer leaves our store happy.
