Qualifications

To be successful as a Customer Care Officer, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or call center position preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
