Position Overview:

As a Guest Service Associate, you will be the front line of our operations. You will be responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction through remarkable customer service, efficient problem-solving, and a positive attitude. Our ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting and is dedicated to making every guest feel valued and welcomed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests as they arrive and assist them with check-in procedures.
• Provide accurate information about hotel services and local attractions.
• Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Process payments and handle cash transactions securely.
• Assist with reservations and booking modifications as needed.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Engage with guests to build relationships and promote repeat business.
• Handle lost and found inquiries and items following company protocol.
• Participate in training programs and staff meetings as required.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (associates degree or higher preferred).
• Previous experience in guest service or hospitality roles is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proficient in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, reservation systems).
• Fluency in multiple languages is a bonus.
• Flexible schedule and ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
