Available Positions
We are currently hiring for a variety of roles across our retirement communities. The positions available may include:
- Personal Support Worker (PSW): Provide direct personal care and support to residents with daily living activities.
- Registered Nurse (RN)/Registered Practical Nurse (RPN): Manage resident care plans, administer medications, and coordinate care with family members.
- Activity Coordinator: Organize and facilitate recreational and social activities to promote resident engagement.
- Chef/Cook: Prepare nutritious meals that accommodate the dietary needs of our residents.
- Housekeeping and Maintenance Staff: Ensure the community is clean and well-maintained for a safe living environment.
- Administrative Support: Assist with the daily operations and provide customer service to residents and their families.

Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in your role at Chartwell, the following skills and qualifications are typically required:
- For Personal Support Workers: Completion of PSW training and certification.
- For Nurses: Valid RN or RPN license in the province where you will be working.
- For Activity Coordinators: Experience in planning events and an understanding of geriatric care.
- For Chefs/Cooks: Culinary training with a commitment to nutritional meal preparation.
- For Housekeeping and Maintenance Staff: A strong eye for detail and ability to physically perform maintenance tasks.
