Job Overview
As part of our customer service team, you will serve as the frontline support for our customers, assisting them with their inquiries, issues, and providing expert advice on our services and products. Your role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and building lasting relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding PLDT products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively.
- Document customer interactions and follow up on unresolved issues.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to enhance service delivery.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product offerings and company policies.
- Contribute to team performance goals by meeting or exceeding individual KPIs.
Qualifications
- Must possess at least a High School diploma; college degree preferred.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is advantageous.
- Must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment and odd hours including weekends and holidays.
