The Role
We are currently seeking enthusiastic recruiters to join our growing team. This role will primarily focus on sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and partnering with various department heads to meet talent acquisition needs. Your expertise will ensure that we continue to hire top talent in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract expat talent.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Utilize social media and professional networks to enhance our talent pool.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive practices in recruitment.
- Organize and participate in career fairs and recruitment events.
- Provide insights and recommendations to hiring managers on best practices in talent acquisition.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in recruitment, preferably in the Singapore market.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations in Singapore.
- A proactive and positive attitude with a strong team spirit.
