Position Overview

As a Skill Survey Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and analyzing skill surveys that help organizations align their workforce capabilities with strategic goals. Your insights will guide companies in developing training programs, optimizing talent acquisition, and enhancing employee performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop skill survey instruments tailored to client needs.
• Conduct comprehensive skill assessments through surveys, interviews, and focus groups.
• Analyze survey data to identify skills gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare and present detailed reports and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique workforce challenges.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in workforce development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in workforce analytics, survey design, or similar roles.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SPSS, R).
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to present complex data in a clear and actionable format.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
