Position Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled soldering machine operator to join our dynamic production team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for precision work. You will be responsible for operating soldering machines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment to ensure the quality and efficiency of our production processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate soldering machines according to specifications.
• Inspect and monitor soldering processes for quality assurance.
• Calibrate machines and perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct tests and inspections on finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues that may arise during production.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

The following qualifications are necessary for this position:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in electronics or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience as a soldering machine operator or in a similar role.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, schematics, and drawings.
• Familiarity with various soldering techniques and equipment.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong manual dexterity.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
