Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid tower crane operator certification (specific state or national certification).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience operating tower cranes on construction sites.
• Strong knowledge of crane operations, rigging, and safety practices.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
