Position Overview
The Type Setter will be responsible for creating, formatting, and publishing job vacancies online across multiple platforms. This role requires strong attention to detail, a precise understanding of language, and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. Key Responsibilities
- Type setting job vacancies online — ensuring job descriptions are accurate, well-organized, and formatted correctly.
- Collaborate with recruitment consultants to gather relevant information about job openings.
- Ensure that all job postings are compliant with company branding and style guidelines.
- Proofread and edit content for clarity, grammar, and consistency before publishing.
- Manage deadlines efficiently and ensure timely publication of job postings.
- Utilize various online tools and software to enhance the effectiveness of job advertisements.
- Monitor and respond to feedback from team members and clients regarding job postings.
- Assist in developing new templates and guidelines to improve the efficiency of job vacancy postings.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
- A degree in communications, marketing, English, or a related field.
- Proven experience in type setting, content creation, or a similar role.
- Excellent writing and editing skills with a strong attention to detail.
