Job Overview

We are currently looking for a passionate and committed Virtual Job Training Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering engaging training programs that meet the diverse needs of adult learners in a virtual environment. Your expertise will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of many individuals seeking employment or career advancement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative virtual job training curricula based on industry trends and skill requirements.
• Facilitate live online training sessions, workshops, and webinars to enhance participants’ skills.
• Provide personalized coaching and mentorship to participants, helping them navigate the job market and tailored professional growth plans.
• Create and curate a variety of learning materials, including video tutorials, presentations, and interactive activities.
• Assess participants’ progress through evaluations and provide constructive feedback to ensure skill improvement.
• Utilize data analytics to monitor training effectiveness and make data-driven decisions to enhance program quality.
• Collaborate with industry experts and stakeholders to ensure program relevance and create networking opportunities for participants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in training, teaching, or coaching, preferably in a virtual or remote setting.
• Strong knowledge of current job market trends and essential workplace skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate learners in a virtual environment.
• Experience with online training tools, LMS software, and virtual collaboration platforms.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
