Current Openings

At Zenith Home Corp, we are currently seeking talented individuals to fill the following positions:

1. Project Manager

The Project Manager will oversee home renovation projects from start to finish. You will work closely with clients, subcontractors, and the internal team to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

• Responsibilities:
• Manage all phases of construction projects
• Coordinate schedules and communicate with clients
• Ensure quality control and compliance with safety standards
• Prepare project documentation and reports
• Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

2. Sales Consultant

The Sales Consultant will play a crucial role in driving sales and building relationships with clients. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions for home improvement.

• Responsibilities:
• Conduct customer consultations to identify needs
• Develop and present proposals for home improvement projects
• Follow up with leads and nurture client relationships
• Qualifications:
• Proven sales experience, preferably in home improvement
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport
• Self-motivated and results-oriented

3. Carpenter

The Carpenter will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures within residential properties. The ideal candidate should have a strong workmanship ethic along with a keen eye for detail.

• Responsibilities:
• Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials
• Construct frameworks, including walls, floors, and doorframes
• Install cabinets, trim, and molding
• Qualifications:
• Previous experience as a carpenter
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
